Good to know: creators anywhere in the GCC can apply. Because we currently deliver within the UAE only, commission is earned on eligible orders delivered in the UAE.

Program terms

Affiliate terms at a glance

  • Commission: 10% of eligible product revenue after discounts. Shipping, cash-on-delivery fees and taxes (including VAT) are excluded.
  • Referral window: a sale is credited to you if the customer orders within 30 days of clicking your link.
  • Approval: every application is reviewed by hand. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
  • Eligible orders: commission is earned only on paid orders. Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent and unpaid orders earn no commission. For cash-on-delivery orders, commission is approved only after payment is collected.
  • No self-referrals: purchases made by you, or for your own use, through your own link do not earn commission. Each order can be credited to only one affiliate.
  • Payouts: approved commissions are paid manually once a month, on or around the 15th, by bank transfer or PayPal. A commission becomes payable once the order is paid and the 7-day return window has passed. The minimum payout is AED 100; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
  • Honest promotion: do not make misleading claims about products, bid on SayefStore brand keywords, or use spam. Follow the rules of each platform you post on.
  • Disclosure: you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with SayefStore wherever you share your link, in line with UAE advertising rules and platform guidelines.

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?
Content creators, influencers, bloggers and community pages whose audience is in the UAE or wider GCC. We look for genuine, engaged audiences and content that fits our products. There is no fee to join.
How are referrals tracked?
When someone clicks your unique referral link, a tracking cookie is saved in their browser for 30 days. If they place an eligible order in that time, the sale is credited to you. If they clear their cookies, switch devices or use another affiliate's link, the sale may not be credited to you.
How much commission do I earn?
10% of the product amount after any discounts, excluding VAT. Shipping, cash-on-delivery fees and taxes are not included. For example, a product sold for Dhs 105 including 5% VAT, with no discount, earns 10% of Dhs 100, which is Dhs 10. This only shows how commission is calculated. It is not an earnings estimate.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent and unpaid orders do not earn commission. If commission was already recorded for an order that is later refunded, it is reversed. For cash-on-delivery orders, commission is approved only after the customer has paid.
Will I get a discount code for my followers?
Not automatically. Your referral link is the main way to track your sales. Any special codes are agreed separately and are not guaranteed.
How and when are payouts made?

Do I need to disclose that I'm an affiliate?
Yes. Always make it clear to your audience that you may earn commission from your links, for example with #ad or 'affiliate link', following UAE advertising rules and each platform's guidelines.
Are free products or paid sponsorships included?
No. This is a commission-only program. Free products and sponsored posts are not part of it.
