Delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. A Dhs 10 fee applies if you choose Cash on Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 1–2 working days to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain; 2–3 working days to Abu Dhabi; and 3–4 working days to Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Public holidays and sale periods can add time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

We send you a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, message us with your order number.

Payment

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, across all seven emirates with no minimum order. You can pay the driver in cash or by card (Visa or Mastercard). A Dhs 10 COD fee is added at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Online checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Returns and problems with an order

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Some items, such as opened personal-care products, may not be returnable for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged or is wrong?

Take photos and message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will review it and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we may cover the reasonable return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return delivery costs may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund.

Most product pages include a Specifications table, a How it works section and product-specific FAQs. If something you need is not listed, ask us before you buy and we will check.
