Sayef Store delivers across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains where we deliver, how much it costs and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, a Dhs 10 fee is added at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available across all seven emirates with no minimum order, and you can pay the driver in cash or by card (Visa or Mastercard).

Delivery times

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain: 1–2 working days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 working days
  • Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: 3–4 working days

These are typical delivery times. Public holidays and sale periods can add time.

Tracking your order

We send you a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, message us with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.
